No! We’re a full-service video tutorial agency. From the story and concept to the actual video: We’ll create everything for you. When we start the production, we’ll give you a 13-item questionnaire. On this basis we’ll create a story.
At the beginning, we’ll send you the order confirmation with an overview of the ordered video and services. Together with this confirmation, you’ll get a briefing document in which we compile all the relevant information.
You will be charged 50% of the order value at the start of the project. The remaining 50% only become payable once you have accepted the completed video and no further changes are required. If you pay 100% in advance, we’ll give you a 5% discount.
Yes, basically. You can show it on your website, on social media, at fairs, presentations, etc. Only paid advertising such as movie theatres or TV is not included – this is subject to an additional buy-out fee for the speaker. We’ll gladly calculate these costs for this: They depend on the country and the type of broadcast (regional or national) of the commercial.
Yes, that’s no problem. We have already produced videos in over 30 languages. The price depends on the length and whether you provide the translation to us or whether our translation agency should handle this. You can expect about 500 EUR per minute. We can quote you a binding price as soon as we know the desired language and length.
